WeCan Services is not just a business; it is the realisation of a dream founded on the values of love, belief, and perseverance.

Growing up, I was raised by a strong Pacific woman—my mother, a sole parent who gave my siblings and I everything we needed: unwavering love, constant support, and a belief in our potential. Though we didn’t have much material wealth, we were rich in the things that matter most. My mother was always there for me, no matter the circumstances, and her belief in me never wavered.

Over the years, I developed work-readiness programs, managed diverse teams, worked closely with individuals with disabilities, and learned invaluable lessons from every role and every person I encountered. Each experience contributed to the larger vision I had for WeCan.

By the age of 37, I finally took the leap of faith and launched WeCan. I reached out to a close friend who shared my passion for empowering others, and together we run WeCan Services. Our company is founded on the belief that anyone, regardless of their background or challenges, has the potential to succeed when given the right support.
