WeCan Services is not just a business , it is the realisation of a dream built on the values of love, belief, and perseverance.

I was raised by a strong Pacific woman, my mother , a sole parent who gave my siblings and I everything we truly needed: unwavering love, constant support, and a deep belief in our potential. We didn’t grow up with much in the way of material things, but we were rich in the things that matter most. No matter what was happening, my mum was always in my corner, and her faith in me never wavered.

Throughout my career, I developed work-readiness programs, managed diverse teams, supported individuals with disabilities, and learned priceless lessons from every role and every person I crossed paths with. Every experience shaped the bigger vision that would eventually become WeCan.

In July 2024, at 37 years old, I finally took the leap of faith and launched WeCan Services. I reached out to a close friend who shared my passion for uplifting our people, and together we now run WeCan with purpose and heart. Our company is built on the belief that anyone , no matter their background, barriers, or circumstances , has the potential to succeed when they are given the right support, encouragement, and a team that genuinely believes in them.
